Our Return and Refund Policy:
- Curly Wurly accepts returns of only unused and unopened products in their original packaging. We do not offer refunds on sale or promotional items.
- Please note that returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund of the cost of the item only.
- You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it by contacting us at Curly Wurly Customer Service.
- Please state your order number and mention your reason for return. In case of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you are requested to retain and send photographic evidence of the error or damage/defect.
- You are responsible for the shipping costs of any return, so, please make sure you order correctly.
- In case, the return is a result of our error, (you received an incorrect or defective item) we will pay the shipping costs.
- Once received, all the items will be evaluated before processing the refund.
- Refunds are usually processed within 3-5 business days after receiving a returned item.
- You will receive an update confirming the status of your return via the registered e-mail.
